How much time should I allow before receiving my order?
- Standard CareBoards: 4 weeks*
- Custom CareBoards: 6 weeks*
- Graphic Overlays: 2 weeks*

Can I use any brand dry-erase pens?
For best results, we strongly recommend you use the dry-erase pens we provide with each shipment. If you need more pens, contact us for purchasing information. Other dry-erase pens can be used on your CareBoard graphic, however, we cannot guarantee the same performance.
How are orders packaged?
Unless specified otherwise, the CareBoards are packaged in bulk onto crates with protected corners.
