The Power of Visuals in Long-Term Memory

While all patient room whiteboards help improve patient communications and can be customized to your needs, we’ve designed our products to directly correlate to the HCAHPS survey questions. We use this as a master template to collaborate with you to define the specific data fields relevant to your unique patient communication needs. This leads to the most effective, customized board designed to improve memory recall that can help increase HCAHPS scores.

These boards can also be used in conjuction with auditory communications to increase the odds of patients recalling information at a later date, both for their own care and for the purpose of the post-discharge survey.

HCAHPS Boards

Patients are more likely to confirm that the HCAHPS survey criteria has been met or exceeded when provided with visual cues, like our customized graphics, regardless of a direct or indirect correlation to the HCAHPS questions.

CareBoards’ products are specifically designed to positively impact your patient satisfaction scores and to reduce financial impact from Medicare/Medicaid issues related to HCAHPS performance.
